Dr. Zelma Lansford works internationally in individual and organization development where her focus continues to be on problem solving and helping people thrive. She is especially adept at helping people engage in the job and do what they do—better, smarter, easier, faster, and more effectively.
Dr. Lansford earned a bachelor of arts degree, masters in education for the gifted at UTChattanooga and a doctorate at the University of Tennessee. She was an adjunct professor in the UT System, teaching graduate classes in Industrial/Organization Psychology and worked for the Tennessee Valley Authority. In a consulting business, Dr. Lansford has served a wide range of international business, healthcare, manufacturing clients, along with the National Park Service—from Yosemite and the Statue of Liberty to the Division of Fire and Aviation Management in Washington, D.C. In 2018, she was appointed by the U. S. Secretary of the Interior to a 4-year term on the National Park System Advisory Board.
